The project brief
This customer wanted a modern conservatory. We constructed the roof with new flitch beams to support the lantern, finished off with a Rubber bond fleeceback system warm roof.

“My conservatory roof was of corrugated plastic. It became brittle and distorted and started leaking after the heat of several summers. I got quotes for simply replacing it with flat polycarbonate sheets. Russell said he preferred in addition, to replace all the fasicias, soffits, fit new guttering and install additional rafters to support the polycarbonate. This was obviously much more work but the cost was only a little more than other quotes and well worth it. The conservatory looks so much better and I’m sure the old roof would not have survived Eurnice. An excellent job.”
